Dr. Sarah Blunt ,Bsc(Hons), DC
With over nine years of clinical experience, Dr. Sarah brings a thoughtful and holistic approach to patient care at. Her warm, down-to-earth style blends clinical expertise with genuine empathy, helping each individual reconnect with their body and restore natural movement.
Dr. Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo and her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Her approach is based in integrative chiropractic care, and mindful movement to support long-term wellness. She also incorporates acupuncture and cupping when it complements her patients’ goals for recovery and balance.
Her clinical background includes functional movement assessments, individualized rehabilitation, and evidence-based manual therapies. With experience as a competitive athlete and volleyball coach, Dr. Sarah understands the importance of body awareness, strength, and mobility—principles she carries into her work helping patients move freely and confidently.
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Sarah stays active through running, volleyball, Pilates, and weightlifting. She also enjoys baking, crafting, and spending time in her garden—activities that nurture her sense of creativity, calm, and restoration.

Dr. Kaitlyn Owens ND
Dr. Kaitlyn Owens, ND is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario, with additional prescribing authority for therapies including bioidentical hormones and injectable treatments.
She completed an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Guelph, with a focus on nutritional sciences, and conducted research at the Human Nutraceuticals Research Unit. She went on to earn her Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.
Dr. Owens provides comprehensive, evidence-informed care for both men and women, with a clinical focus on women’s health and metabolic dysfunction. She supports patients through a wide range of concerns, including irregular cycles, perimenopause, hypothyroidism, weight fluctuations, fatigue, fatty liver, high cholesterol and blood sugar imbalances.
